ImagineSolar has been at the forefront of clean energy policy and education since its founding in 2002. We combine Training and Workforce Development with Policy and Advocacy Work with Industry/Technology Subject Matter Expertise to enable job creation and job attachment as a pathway to sustainable communities.

The ImagineSolar team is comprised of passionate individuals who bring unique experiences and leadership to the organization. Our staff believes in and practices the company’s core mission to move our world forward in renewable energy through the delivery of education. Our key management team has experience in building sustainable businesses and delivering exceptional products, and we continually strive to move ImagineSolar forward towards this goal with our exceptional staff and through our Instructors and Lecturers.

We prepare our customers for clean energy careers and industry certifications. ImagineSolar is a fully-licensed Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) school and is ISPQ accredited for Continuing Education by the Interstate Renewable Energy Council. Also, we are approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and the North American Board of Certified Energy Professionals (NABCEP) as a Continuing Education Provider. We train nationwide with live and online lectures, hands-on labs, online courses, and employee training programs.
ImagineSolar establishes partnerships with leading manufacturers, distributors, installation companies, training, and accreditation organizations to ensure that our courses are teaching best practices using the most current technologies and methods for the solar and smart grid industries.

We are the first licensed solar and smart grid school in Texas, and we offer over 200 hours of courses and workshops as well as project consulting, workforce training and custom courses for corporate clients.
