Our mission is simple: to transform the way Arizona’s homes and businesses are powered -- from polluting, rapidly diminishing fossil fuels to the most clean and abundant energy source available -- solar. To achieve that goal, Russ Patzer and Joe Messner started Sun Valley Solar Solutions in 2006 to design and install solar electric systems for residential and commercial customers. Russ and Joe utilized their experience as engineers skilled in system design and system performance to develop a set of standards for installations. This means each customer gets the same result, every time, with quality assurance checks throughout.
All of our solar electric systems are installed by professional tradespeople with a minimum of 80 hours of training. In addition, co-owner Joe Messner has earned NABCEP PV-installer certification. This voluntary certification from the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners is a complex and time-consuming process; NABCEP has only granted certification to about 50 other solar installers in Arizona.
When you select Sun Valley Solar Solutions to design and install your solar electric system, you'll know we've already done the engineering work for you. Our systems feature panels that have been tested and proven to last 40 to 50 years even in extreme summer temperatures. High quality doesn't mean high cost, however. Our systems remain affordable and cost-effective. In a recent survey of our customers, 100 percent of those responding said they'd hire us again.
In response to customer demand, we added solar water heating to our portfolio of services. Heating hot water can account for up to 25 percent of the energy consumption in a typical household. Let the power of the sun do this work for you; solar water heating has become an important energy solution for an increasing number of Arizona families. |
