Additionally, by installing their projects for less than they could do it for themselves, we free them up to focus on their core competency (selling) which enables them to sign even more jobs and generate even higher profit margins. Not only can we guarantee our quality, but out job safety as well. We require all of our employees to complete the OSHA 30 safety classes as well as First Aid and CPR. Each job has a fall protection plan outlined and on site, and each Superintendent is provided with a safety folder and is required to conduct safety meetings at the beginning of each work day. These safety meetings are mandatory and the sign-in sheet and meeting notes are reviewed by management at the end of each week.
