Founded in 1974 by Steve Pitney, Alternate Energy, LLC presents the next generation, educated in the Plymouth Schools: step-son Derek and daughter, Krysta on the left, and nephews Kevin and Andrew (L&R of Steve).
 

We design, sell, install and service all types of renewable energy systems, including solar electric, heat, hot water, wind power systems, as well as energy-efficient systems.
We are proud to call Plymouth our home and look forward to serving the community in the years to come. Rounding out our staff are journeyman electrician (L-R) Denis, and Master/Journeyman Electrician Wayne. We value their years of experience in the electrical field and their years of service in our armed forces. We are a fully licensed and insured "Green" mechanical contractor. We are members of the Plymouth, South Shore and Cape Cod Chambers of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau, with an A+ rating.
