The Windsine Crew are responsible for the installation and oversight of over 100 independent Solar PV (Photovoltaic) and Wind electric systems. The majority have been Grid-tied configurations, while a large amount have been Off-grid (Stand-alone).With regard to system design and installation, we know how to do it efficiently; but better yet, SAFELY. We know what the customer expects, and we know what the electrical inspectors want to see.
Most importantly, we know that our customers' homes and lives RELY on the systems we install. Therefore, we take a logistical approach to each new project so as to strike a balance between practicality and marketability. The Windsine Office relies on PV and Wind as its ONLY SOURCE of energy. As a result, our designs simply HAVE TO work, or we don't! Literally! Our hybrid solar panel and wind turbine system has no connection to the utility grid (LIPA) and the facility has been self-sufficient for over 8 years.
