We are the leaders in rooftop building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) for commercial roofing applications, and have developed a new product "EnerGen" for the residential roofing market. With the acquisition of Solar Integrated Technologies, Inc., we have vertically integrated our roofing business to grow beyond just selling laminates and towards providing engineering, procurement and construction or "EPC" solutions. With the combination of SIT's engineering and installation expertise and our new UNI-SOLAR® product offerings, such as our PowerTilt™ product, we are leveraging the unique features of UNI-SOLAR® laminates into a lightweight building-applied photovoltaics (BAPV) solution.

Our Ovonic Materials (OMD) segment includes our royalty-bearing consumer battery business, our manufacture of nickel hydroxide materials used in nickel metal hydride batteries and R&D on our proprietary biofuel reformation technology, which offers the potential for low-cost production of hydrogen from renewable energy sources, such as ethanol. Through ongoing research and development, OMD has achieved the technical innovations which have helped maintain its world-leading NiMH intellectual property portfolio.
