Huffman Electrical Systems was founded in 2002 by Matthew Huffman in Harrisonburg, VA.After being first employed in the electrical field in 1993, he went on to receive a Virginia State Journeyman Electrical license in 2000 and a Master's license in 2002. In addition to standard electrical training and apprenticeship he also holds an Associate degree in Electronics from Blue Ridge Community College and a certificate from Massanutten Technical Center in electronics technology. In 2008 Huffman Electrical moved into their new home and shop building located in southwestern Augusta county.
