PUD No. 2 of Pacific County offers free energy audits, energy-use tracking, and rebates for installing energy-saving measures, such as lighting, appliances, controls, motors, and more.

The City offers Free Energy Audits to its electric customers. The City has a qualifying window replacement incentive program to go along with our Heat Pump, Insulation, Appliance and Hot-Water Heater programs. The lighting program includes some commercial retrofit light projects. Also, a small rebate is available for the purchase of compact fluorescent bulbs (CFL) not to exceed 20 per home, and retrofit of some light fixtures.

ERC can offer support and deliver a multi-year planning horizon analysis or a specific program analysis using the most sophisticated modeling tools available to help mitigate the amount of work involved to determine the cost effectiveness and budget allocation strategies to maximize the portfolio savings given the available budgets.

The West Virginia University Industrial Assessment Center (WV-IAC) provides free energy, productivity, and waste assessments to small and medium sized industrial facilities through funding provided by the U.S. Department of Energy.

Electric Membership Corporation offers free commercial energy audits. The following areas are reviewed when an energy audit is performed: lighting; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; thermostat settings; breakdown of cost/usage on equipment/appliances; equipment/employee scheduling; and estimations on heating and cooling costs.

The incentive program is available to residential, commercial, and industrial customers of the City of Palo Alto Utilities (CPAU). To be eligible, applicants must purchase a new qualifying solar water heating system and be able to provide a copy of a CPAU bill.

Blue Grass Energy offers a number of services to its commercial and industrial customers, including assistance with power quality, power factor correction, distributed generation, energy management systems, and exterior lighting.

Efficiency Vermont's Resource Library provides tips, guides, and interactive tools for a large variety of products and services to start or continue saving energy.

The Key Account Resources program is a no-cost technical assistance service that provides technical, business, research, and information assistance quickly and easily. The service includes an online library of information with a database of technical business and engineering documents and resources, as well as a free 'Ask an Expert' hotline.

The ASCEM offers both an Accredited Commercial Energy Manager and Certified Energy Manager (CEM) programs. The Accredited Commercial Energy Manager program provides energy managers with a thorough overview of the many factors that affect commercial energy consumption as well as a foundation for identifying energy-saving investment opportunities. The CEM program recognizes individuals who have demonstrated high levels of experience, competence, proficiency, and ethical fitness in the energy management profession.
