Los Angeles County - Commercial PACE

Businesses in Los Angeles County may be eligible for the county's Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program. PACE programs allow businesses to finance energy and water efficiency projects which are repaid through a special assessment on the business's property taxes. The property must be located within Los Angeles County, and within the boundaries of a city that has adopted a resolution to join the County-wide PACE district. As of January 2016, 85 of 88 cities in Los Angeles County have passed resolutions opting into the LA County PACE Program.

Sharyland Utilities - Residential Standard Offer Program

Sharyland Utilities offers the Residential and "Hard-to-Reach" Standard Offer Programs, which encourage residential customers to pursue energy saving measures and equipment upgrades in their homes.  "Hard-to-Reach" incentives are higher than the standard residential incentives, and are available to customers with total household income levels less than or equal to 200% of the current federal poverty guidelines.  Incentives in both programs are paid directly to energy efficiency service providers, also referred to as project sponsors, based on the energy savings achieved by implemented measures.  Energy savings may be determined by either the measure and verification method or Sharyland's "deemed savings" values

Fort Pierce Utilities Authority - Solar Water Heating Rebate

Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is offering a Solar Water Heating rebate program. Flat rebates of $450 are now available to residential customers toward the installation of new solar water heating units.

Systems must be certified by the Florida Solar Energy Center and installed by a licensed Florida contractor to qualify. Rebates are limited to one per household.

Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund

The Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund provides low-cost financial assistance to eligible public water systems to finance the cost of repair and replacement of drinking water infrastructure, maintain or achieve compliance with the federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SWDA) requirements, and protect drinking water quality and public health. Community water systems and nonprofit non-community water systems are eligible to apply for DWSRLF funding.

West Virginia Solar Rights

In March 2012, West Virginia enacted legislation (H.B. 2740) that restricts housing associations from prohibiting solar energy systems on homes. City of Concord Electric Department - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

The City of Concord Electric Department offers an incentive program encouraging its residential customers and developers/contractors to replace their existing HVAC system with a more energy efficient heat pump system. Heat pumps between one and five tons in size with a SEER of 15 and above qualify for a $400 rebate.

Residential electric customers with an active account on record or developers/builders with an active city utility account number are eligible. The Illinois Energy Efficiency Loan Program, administered through Slipstream Energy Finance Solutions and funded by participating utilities, provides loans to customers of Ameren Illinois, ComEd, Nicor, North Shore Gas, and Peoples Gas. California Solar Initiative - Low-Income Solar Water Heating Rebate Program

The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) voted in October 2011 to create the California Solar Initiative (CSI) Thermal Low-Income program for single and multifamily residential properties. The program offers rebates that are substantially higher than ones provided under the CSI-Thermal General Market Program.

The program is only available to customers who currently heat their water with natural gas in the service territories of Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), and Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) .
