Coweta-Fayette Electric Membership Corporation (EMC) provides electric and natural gas service to 58,000 customers in Georgia's Coweta, Fayette, Meriwether, Heard, Troop and Fulton counties. Customers of Coweta-Fayette EMC can take advantage of the Home Plus Energy Efficiency Loan Program to pursue any approved energy efficiency measures and upgrades.  Examples of approved energy saving measures include: Energy Star rated heat pumps, water heaters, double pane windows, weather stripping, attic and floor insulation, caulking, duct insulation, and duct sealing.

Dakota Electric Association - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Dakota Electric Association provides incentives through a partnership with the EnergyWise program for residential customers to install energy-efficient equipment in the home. Rebates under $400 will be issued as a credit on your bill. Rebates are available for a variety of products which are listed below.

East Central Energy - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

East Central Energy (ECE) provides rebates for residential customers to purchase energy efficient equipment. Rebates are offered for recycled refrigerators/freezers, central air conditioning units, air source heat pumps, HVAC system tune-ups, geothermal heat pumps, and Wi-Fi enabled thermostats. In order to be eligible for heat pump and air conditioning rebates, installations must be completed by a certified HVAC contractor registered with ECE.

Massachusetts's 1997 electric utility restructuring legislation created two separate public benefit funds to promote renewable energy  and energy efficiency for all customer classes

Funding and Administration

The energy efficiency fund is authorized to support energy efficiency programs, including demand-side management (DSM) programs and low-income energy programs. It is funded by several sources: a non-bypassable surcharge of $0.0025 per kilowatt-hour (2.5 mills/kWh), imposed on customers of all investor-owned electric utilities in Massachusetts; amounts generated under the Forward Capacity Market program administered by ISO-New England; cap-and-trade pollution control programs, including the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI)

Lake Country Power - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Lake Country Power (LCP) encourages energy efficiency by offering financial incentives to residential customers. Rebates are available for ENERGY STAR® rated products purchased in the current program year. All equipment requirements must be met in order for installations to be eligible. Wright-Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association provides financial incentives for its residential customers to purchase and install energy efficient HVAC equipment. Rebates are offered for qualified geothermal, air source, and ductless heat pumps, central air conditioners, ECM motors, pool pumps, and electric water heating. Rebates for air-source heat pumps and central air conditioners vary based upon system efficiency. All equipment must meet program requirements and be installed within Wright-Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association service territory. Rebates are issued as a credit on utility bills.
