Tri-County Electric Cooperative - Energy Efficient Water Heater Rebate Program

Tri-County Electric Cooperative offers a $75 rebate on the purchase of energy-efficient electric water heaters. The rebate is valid for new or replacement units which have an Energy Factor Rating of 0.90 or higher. The minimum tank size is 40 gallons, with a minimum 4,500 watt heating element. Focus on Energy Program

Focus on Energy provides information, financial assistance, technical assistance and other services to residents, businesses, schools, institutions and local governments on energy efficiency and renewable energy*. Financial assistance takes the form of rebates, grants and loans. The program was initially created by Act 9 of 1999 as a public benefit fund (PBF), which also provided energy assistance programs for low-income residents (the Home Energy Plus Program).

United Cooperative Services - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

United Cooperative Services offers a one-time rebate program for new home construction and retrofit upgrades. The following equipment/upgrades are eligible under United's Rebate Program:

  • Fuel Conversions
  • Air-Source Heat Pumps
  • Ground Source Heat Pumps
  • Programmable Thermostats
  • Water Heaters
  • Attic Insulation
  • HVAC Systems/Tune-ups
  • Solar Screens
  • Electric Vehicle Chargers

Maximum incentives are capped at $1,200 per home. To be eligible for the rebate program, rebate forms and accompanying documentation must be submitted within 60 days of the completion of construction and/or installation. Clark Public Utilities - Residential Heat Pump Loan Program

Clark Public Utilities offers loans of up to $20,000 for heat pumps. Loans will help customers cover the up-front cost of installing a highly efficient heat pump in a residence. All electrically heated homes, including manufactured homes, are eligible for the heat pump financing program. Customers have up to seven years to repay the loan at a 3.5 percent interest rate. Loans of up to $15,000 at a 3.5% interest are available through Clark Public Utilities' Weatherization Loan Program. The loans can pay for the average local cost of eligible measures, based on recently completed projects. Marshfield Utilities - Heat Pump Rebate Program

Marshfield Utilities offers cash-back rewards for Ground Source Heat Pumps, as well as Focus on Energy program incentives. A rebate of $150 will be given to customers who purchase and install qualifying Ground Source Heat Pumps. Systems must meet the equipment standards of the program in order to receive a rebate. Holy Cross Energy - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Holy Cross Energy, a Touchstone Energy Cooperative, has developed a voluntary carbon reduction strategy designed to slow the growth of carbon dioxide emissions created in the generation of electricity used by consumers.
