Ozarks Electric Cooperative - Home Energy Lending Program

Ozarks Electric Cooperative offers the Home Energy Lending Program (H.E.L.P) to residential members to help make energy efficiency improvements in eligible homes. Certified contractors first perform an energy assessment of eligible participants' homes regarding technologies such as air sealing, duct sealing, attic insulation and more. Upon completion of the assessment, the program will review the results with participants and determine areas of improvement, loan details and estimated savings. Once improvements and terms are agreed upon, certified contractors would conduct the energy efficiency improvements. After all improvements have been made and checked for quality, total project costs will be financed on participants'

North Arkansas Electric Cooperative, Inc - Residential Energy Efficiency Loan Program

North Arkansas Electric Cooperative (NAEC), a Touchstone Energy Cooperative, serves approximately 35,000 member accounts in seven different counties. The coop provides low interest rates for energy efficiency improvements in the home through the EECL Loan Program. 

Up to $20,000 is available for air or water source heat pumps, energy efficient lighting, energy star doors, energy star windows, high efficiency water heaters, and additional weatherization measures. To qualify, a heat pump must be a complete system and have a SEER rating of at least 14.0 and an HSPF of 8.2. All loans for heat pumps require a $100 blower door test

Cedarburg Light & Water Utility - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Cedarburg Light & Water (CL&W) offers rebates to residential customers for a variety of energy-efficient equipment and upgrades.  Through Wisconsin Focus on Energy, CL&W provides extensive incentives for energy saving measures to be undertaken at apartments and condos.  Rebates exist for both new and existing apartments and condos and generally include HVAC upgrades, energy efficient lighting, and custom measures. Denton Municipal Electric - Residential GreenSense Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Denton Municipal Electric pays residential and small commercial customers to reduce energy demand and consumption in order to reduce the utility bills of DME customers, reduce peak load, reduce emissions, and promote energy conservation. The program offers rebates on the electric service bills of DME retail customers and cash incentives to builders, and applicants can qualify for multiple incentives simultaneously. First Electric Cooperative - Home Improvement Loans

First Electric Cooperative, a Touchstone Energy® Cooperative, serves over 85,000 member accounts throughout parts of seventeen counties in central and southeast Arkansas. The Home Improvement Loan Program allows members to borrow between $500 and $15,000 for energy efficiency home improvements associated with heat pumps, First Electric products and portable home generators. Loan repayments can be included in your monthly electric bill. 

For loans under $2500, there is a filing fee of $20; for loans over $2,500, the fee is $60. Only single-family primary residences served by FECC are eligible. Loans between $500 and $2,500 are secured with an equipment lien

CPS Energy (Electric) - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

CPS Energy offers a variety of rebates for energy efficiency related improvements to residential homes, including: appliances, HVAC equipment, and insulation. Rebate calculation methods, limits, and equipment requirements vary by technology and sometimes by existing home characteristics. Sulphur Springs Valley EC - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate

Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative (SSVEC) is a Touchstone Energy Cooperative.  An SSVEC Energy Management Specialist can also assist you in determining the energy efficiency needs for your home by providing a free home energy audit. Members can receive rebates for installing energy-efficient water heaters and heat pumps. SSVEC must receive the rebate form and invoice/receipt within 60 days of installation. Idaho Falls Power - Residential Energy Efficiency Loan Program

Idaho Falls Power's Energy Efficiency Loan Program offers zero interest loans for qualifying customers to purchase and install efficient electric appliances and implement weatherization measures. The program will loan up to 100% of the actual cost of eligible measures for qualifying customers.

This program is only available to customers with a good payment history with City Utilities (i.e. no outstanding current balance, no disconnects for nonpayment, no delinquencies), and who have minimum of one year payment history with the utility. College Station Utilities - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Programs

College Station Utilities offers incentives to residential customers through the following programs:

  • Connected Thermostat Program
  • Energy Back II Rebate Program
  • Residential LED Lighting Program

Each offers cash incentives for various home energy efficiency improvement measures, including the purchase and use of a wifi-connected thermostat, the replacement of central air conditioning units with high-performance models, and the replacement of incandescent bulbs with high-efficiency or LED equivalents. Wiregrass Electric Cooperative - H2O Plus Program

Wiregrass Electric Cooperative is a consumer-owned electric utility serving over 20,000 consumers in the "Wiregrass" area of southeast Alabama. The H2O Plus program is a program intended to have an effect on future electricity rates by reducing peak demand. Wiregrass Electric Cooperative will send a certified technician to the home to install a cycling device on the customer's water heater, free of charge. This device will allow the power supplier to power down the water heater for short periods of time in order to reduce peak demand.
