Idaho Power - Rebate Advantage for New Manufactured Homes

Idaho Power is offering a $1000 sales rebate to customers who purchase a new ENERGY STAR all-electric manufactured home and connect that home to an Idaho Power residential account. In addition, the sales consultant who sells the home will be eligible for a $200 sales bonus. 

ENERGY STAR manufactured homes are designed to be more energy efficient than standard ones because they have more insulation in the ceiling, walls and floors, better windows and doors, tighter duct systems and specially designed ventilation systems. See the program's Frequently Asked Questions section for more information, or contact Idaho Power directly.

Anaheim Public Utilities - Green Building Rebate Program

Avista Utilities (Natural Gas) - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Programs

Avista Utilities Home Improvement and New Home Construction Rebate programs offer a variety of incentives for residential customers to save energy in homes. Offers apply to residential homeowners in Washington and Idaho who heat homes primarily with Avista electricity or natural gas. Incentives vary depending on technology, and generally apply to both existing and new construction homes. CT Clean Energy Communities

The Clean Energy Communities program, offered by the Clean Energy Finance & Investment Authority and the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund, offers incentives for communities that pledge their support for energy efficiency and clean, renewable energy.

In order to participate in the program, a municipality must meet three requirements:

1. The municipality must make the Municipal Energy Efficiency Pledge and reduce municipal building energy consumption 20% from baseline levels by 2018.

2. Commit to the Municipal Clean, Renewable Energy Pledge and purchase 20% of municipal buildings’ energy use by 2018 from renewable sources;

Goals outlined by President Joe Biden, Executive Order 14057, December 2021:

  • 100 percent carbon pollution-free electricity on a net annual basis by 2030, including 50 percent 24/7 carbon pollution-free electricity.
  • 100 percent zero-emission vehicle acquisitions by 2035, including 100 percent zero-emission light-duty vehicle acquisitions by 2027.
  • A net-zero emissions building portfolio by 2045, including a 50 percent emissions reduction by 2032.
  • A 65 percent reduction in scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions, as defined by the Federal Greenhouse Gas Accounting and Reporting Guidance, from Federal operations by 2030 from 2008 levels.

Anaheim Public Utilities - Residential Home Efficiency Rebate Program

Upon request, Anaheim Public Utilities will perform a free home efficiency inspection, in which they will recommend energy saving improvements, rebates and provide some free energy saving devices. Renewable Energy Production Tax Credit

In June 2006, S.B. 888 established a renewable energy production tax credit to encourage the development and expansion of renewable energy facilities in Florida.
